Una Cote, Founder
Una Cote founded uc, THE SOURCE in 1991. Her career portfolio includes convention service and sales and marketing positions with Hilton and Sheraton Hotels; independent properties; Columbia University, where she was manager of their residence halls, and trade show association work. Instrumental in writing the training manuals for Hilton Hotels Tour & Travel Sales Division, as well as for Columbia University's residence halls, she is constantly focused on finding clear, effective means of communications and getting the job completed in a timely fashion.
Accomplishments of special note include:
1994 World Cup Soccer - More than 5000 guests from Holland and Norway, transported and housed in 46 hotels in three U.S. cities, over a three week period.
Hawaiian Golf Tournament for 13 ladies - A unique four-island adventure for 13 friends who wanted a personal tournament. Private jet, hotels, golf, meals, tours and Awards Banquet were all part of this program.
Proof - The same attention to detail is provided to all groups, large or small.
Una received her CMM designation in 2003, and is an active member of the Greater New York Chapter of MPI, co-chairing the Annual Terry Spinelli Auction and a member of their Leadership Committee. |
